I really got a lot out of the call tonight, and I realized that even though I was following up, I wasn't doing it as well as I should be. The role playing on tonight's call, I think, helped me realize I was making it harder than it needed to be. If someone said they were too busy, or any other excuse, I just accepted it. Now, I think I can talk to each one better, and bring out their needs and how we can help them.
I talked to people from the Salvation Army today, and told them I wanted to give the money raised from my foundation mall to them for the soup kitchen. They were very excited about it! They confirmed what I had heard, which is that they are feeding more people now than they were before, probably because of the economy. Between their excitement, and the call tonight, I have a fresh new outlook and I'm ready to go! Jacki, thanks for following through with me to see how a call should go. Ginny, I do hope you are feeling better, and thanks for your help too!
I have my family Christmas dinner tomorrow, so I will have a captive audience:)
Goodnight and good weekend everyone!

First I wanted to Thank you Wanda, for your Warm Welcome. I know exactly what you mean about doing follow ups. Doing the role playing with Jacki last night opened my eyes, because I too was listening to their excuses and saying "OK". LOL!!! Now I know what to do. Your doing Fantastic, keep up the great work!!
